Jeff also serves as an Operating Partner at Chicago Pacific Founders (CPF), a leading private equity firm renowned for its focus on thesis- and technology-driven innovation within the health services and senior living sectors. At CPF, Fox plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing large-scale health plan strategies, contributing significantly to transformative healthcare models.

Jeff was previously CEO of Atrio Health Plans, where he led efforts to deliver high-quality, community-focused health insurance. Additionally, he spent 17 years as CEO and President of Gorman Health Group, where he developed comprehensive Medicare Advantage Advisory Expert models and scaled the company to over 100 employed expert consultants and 150 contracted experts.
He has held senior leadership positions at organizations such as Health Net and Intergroup of Arizona, where he played instrumental roles in launching innovative health plan products and broker programs, setting industry benchmarks in market strategy development, sales, product innovation, and provider strategy.
